What is the temperature of the water?
The power mode control can be adjusted to increase or decrease water temperature.

How long does the water take to get hot enough to take a shower?
The water passing through the heater gets hot instantly. The time will be determined by the distance the water must travel. (Ex. If the unit is 20 feet from the point of use, the water in the pipe between the unit and the point of use must be removed first so it would get there approx. 20 seconds after the water is turned on, but after that you will enjoy endless hot water, even if Mom starts the washing machine, Dad decides to soak in the tub, and Sis needs to wash her hair.)

Can a traditional heater be replaced with a tankless heater with no additional plumbing or electrical work?
The plumbing requires one line in from the main and one line out to the house (same as a conventional water heater). Always check with a qualified, professional electrician

What happens if I need to repair my Titan tankelss water heater after the warranty?
We are a qualified repair center. There is a flat rate of $60.00 (this includes shipping charges back to you via UPS Ground and an additional 1 year warranty)

Why should I buy your product rather than that of the competition?
Our units are the original tankless water heaters.We have been building tankless water heater here in the United States for a quarter century. We design, develop and test all our own units and are constantly looking for better ways to improve. One major improvement has been the P.I.D controller, this design makes older on/off technology obsolete.

No, it isn’t necessary for our technicians to install our tankless systems.

Who can install this for me?
Any licensed plumber can install this unit as it is easier and less cumbersome to install than a conventional water heater. A licensed electrician is needed if there is no existing 220 volt outlet. Also get all permits to insure the installation was done correctly and to local and National Electric Code.

Is this unit reliable?
Extremely reliable and easy & economical.

Is there a limit as to how long it will produce hot water at one time?
No, it will produce unlimited water at a consistent rate.

If I order today, how long will it take before I receive my heater?
We do not sell online, please visit your local plumbing supply store of Ace Hardware website.

Is it energy efficient?
It is 99.5% energy efficient.

What actually heats the water?
A shielded heating element.

Does it come with installation instructions?
Yes, please follow all instruction and contract a licensed plumber and electrician to get all needed permits.

How resistant is the unit to hard water?
Very resistant. Brass casing and copper & brass inside.

Does it need an exterior vent like traditional water heaters?
No venting is necessary as required by conventional tank water heaters.
